The relationship between the Firm and the Client is that of a partnership. This imposes on both parties the respect of interdependent obligations. Only the respect by each of the parties of its obligations will ensure the quality of the work provided.

• The Client must provide an exhaustive information on the case and transfer all relevant documents as soon as possible

• The Firm only guarantees the content of written hard copy documents

• The Client will accept the time frame decided by the firm

• Transparency: the Firm will provide clear estimates and justify its billing time

• Payment conditions: down payment, punctuality of payments

In order to guaranty the advice and documents proposed by the Firm, the Client must comply with the above terms and conditions.

The time frame and deadlines are to be estimated by the Firm taking into account the urgency of the matter and the degree of legal guarantee required.

From the following list of Services, the Client chooses the degree of assistance required from the Firm considering its exact needs, the legal means already at its disposal and its budget.

The Services are listed by ascending order of assistance provided by the Firm and related costs:

• Service 1 - Telephone consultation (without written confirmation nor prior analysis of documents)

• Service 2 - One-off written consultation (including face-to-face meeting at the Firm's offices or on site, via phone, document analysis and drafting)

• Service 3 - Following up of cases (involving complete information from the Client and an exhaustive study by the Firm)

• Service 4 - Training of the Client's management (in the areas of the Firm's specialization)

• Service 5 - Drafting of Contracts, Company Statutes, Company Rules, etc.

• Time spent

A priori costing options :

• Fixed-price submitted by fax and signed by the Client

• Detailed Estimate submitted by fax and signed by the Client following written instructions by the Client as accepted by the Firm.

• Subscription: applicable for one or more cases on a renewable 6 to 12 months period

A posteriori costing options :

• Time spent: the hourly tariff varies depending on the legal sector involved and the Firm's staff members in charge of the case

• Results: applicable for cases negotiated on a conditional fee agreement (please note that only part of the fee can be a success fee)

Payment options :

• By prior deposit

• By instalments

• On delivery of services

Terms of Payment (varying on the payment method chosen) :

• Within 21 days of the date of receipt of the invoice
